Actual pricing for towing and roadside assistance services is determined solely by the independent service provider who responds to your request. Final pricing may vary based on:

Payment

• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of services provided by network towing companies
• Any disputes regarding service should be directed to the towing company that performed the service
• We recommend documenting your vehicle's condition before any service is performed
• We recommend verifying pricing directly with the service provider before authorizing work

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver has already been dispatched to your location.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and submitting a quote request or booking, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Spokane Towing. These messages may include:

• Quote confirmations and pricing information
• Service booking confirmations
• Driver dispatch and ETA updates
• Driver arrival notifications
• Service completion updates
• Follow-up communications related to your service

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests. You may receive 1-10 messages per service request.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Note that opting out may affect our ability to provide service updates.
